Return & Refund Policy — Rubbel Trove

At Rubbel Trove, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. 
Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• The item is returned in its original packaging with all tags intact
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Custom-made or personalized jewelry
• Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Sale or discounted items (unless received damaged or defective)
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours 
of delivery with clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund 
at no additional cost.

REFUND PROCESS
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer
