PROCESSING TIME
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days 
of order confirmation.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
• Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days (major cities)
• Remote Areas: 5–7 business days
• Same-city delivery may be available — contact us to confirm

SHIPPING CHARGES
• Free shipping on orders above PKR  5,000
• Standard shipping fee: PKR [175] for orders below the free shipping threshold

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. COD orders may require 
confirmation via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via 
SMS/WhatsApp/Email. You can use this to track your parcel in real time.

DELAYS
Rubbel Trove is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, 
natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will 
always keep you informed.
